The practice

Physiotherapy

Using techniques such as manual manipulation, massage and movement to help restore mobility and function of joints, muscle, tendons and collagen to prepare the body for activity.
This approach in combination with training, ensures a more lasting effect.

Training

The body is built to be active. Many people experience the paradox that not moving enough makes it more difficult to move. So it is tempting to move even less!
With a structured and tailored approach, I help you use your body for what it was made to do; by building strength, balance and coordination, daily life and sports become easier

Acupuncture

A traditional Chinese healing method with a very long history. Thin needles are inserted at specific points. I use the Dr Tan Balance method. This is a wonderful method that is effective in the treatment of pain and other discomforts, with very fast results. I also use other TCM techniques like moxa, guasha and cupping
